Youth Development for Success Program

Parity Inc. has championed the need to develop our students to be their best through our Youth Development for Success Program (YDSP), which stresses academic excellence as a primary component. YDSP serves students in grades 3-7 to increase the high school graduation rate.

The Black Leadership Development Program

The Black Leadership Development Program (BLDP) encourages continued professional and leadership growth for emerging African American leaders. Candidates receive sponsorship from their employers or are self-sponsored to engage in this eleven-month program that will provide networking opportunities with previous BLDP Alumni and fellow leaders in the community.

The culmination of this program is a graduation attended by the sponsoring employers, Parity Inc. Board of Directors members, and guests of the current BLDP class. Upon completing this program, graduates have become architects who turn challenges into innovative advancements in their communities and workplaces.

The Top Ten African American Male Luncheon

The Top Ten African American Male Luncheon allows us to recognize the many outstanding contributions made by African American males in our community and, more importantly, provides our children with role models who demonstrate that they, too, can make a difference.

Our Mission, “Collaborating with Community Partners to Serve and Advocate for Socioeconomic Equity and Inclusion within the African American Community,” is fundamental to our purpose.
