About Us

AT THE FOREFRONT OF CHANGE

Who we are

Parity Inc. has been at the forefront of the fight for diversity and equity in the Greater Dayton Area for over three decades. During that time, our community faced many challenges, some threatening our existence. As an organization, we focus on Education, Health, Economic/Community Development, and Public Policy.

We have worked towards rebuilding the local educational system and addressing the loss of industry and jobs in the Miami Valley. We strive to address those issues at the policy level and work collectively at the grassroots level with our youth and emerging leaders to help build long-lasting and impactful change.

Our Mission

Our mission is to serve and advocate for social and economic equity within the African American community which is fundamental to our purpose. We will achieve our mission through the impact and improvement we achieve through community collaborations.

We prioritize Education, Health, Economic/Community Development, and Public Policy as an organization. These priorities are reflected in the programs we offer.
