Mr. Christian was born in Dayton, Ohio, and raised in San Antonio, Texas, and Los Angeles, California, before returning to Dayton in 1985. He attended Jefferson Township High School and pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Pre-Law, with a minor in African American Studies from Wright State University in 1992. He will be conferred a Master of Business Administration from The University of Phoenix in the Spring of 2025.
He currently works for the Montgomery County Common Pleas Court in the Kushinda (Swahili meaning -to defeat, to overcome, to conquer) Court program. He is married to his wife, Lisa. They have three children and six grandchildren.
