Mr. Howard was born to Minnie and Howard Lee in Dayton, Ohio. He was raised in Dayton and graduated from Patterson Cooperative High School. He stayed in Ohio and attended Bowling Green State University, where he received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.
He attributes his love for community and inspiration to succeed to his parents, Lee and Minnie Howard, his sibling, Aaron Howard, his niece, Kenya Howard; also, “the great circle of influence that comes from an extraordinary woman in my life, along with my friends, family, colleagues, and mentors. That is my Recipe for my success!”
